We would like to welcome LaWanda Balmer to our sales team. She has all the traits and core values we seek when bringing on new sales associates. LaWanda has great people skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong desire to make a positive difference in peoples' lives. Her vocational background includes-customer relations, sales, and transaction management.
LaWanda was born and raised in Plainfield, New Jersey. She attended Rutgers University-New Brunswick, NJ campus and recently graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing. She made a choice to step out on faith and become a realtor. It is something that she has always had an interest in over the years. Through life experiences, she has learned that real success is achieved through reputation, integrity and taking care of others. She is an outstanding communicator and values building relationships with clients. She believes in honesty, even if it is not what you prefer to hear. Honesty allows her clients the ability to make clear and informed decisions.
LaWanda has a great support system that stands behind her. She is ready to go and has already begun assisting clients with their real estate needs. Hard work and a determination to help others always creates good luck and we are confident that she will have good luck in this industry!
